Caramel Apple Cookie Dough Bars | Fabtastic Eats When we were little, my mom used to make cookie dough, roll it into logs, and just keep it in the freezer to break off and snack on..so fun, right?! For a looooong time, I much preferred the dough over the actual cookie, I used to actually tell people, and believe it myself, that I didn’t like cookies. (Insert hands on head, monkey emoji.) I know.

Caramel Apple Cookie Dough Bars | Fabtastic Eats Now I’m a cookie fanatic! Quite literally actually! They’re one of my biggest weaknesses..and I have terrible self control! Regardless of how much I love cookies, I can never, ever resist good ol’ lickin the spoon, scraping the bowl, plunging in a finger, cookie dough!
