simple roast chicken with garlic and lemon
roasted chicken is one of my favorite and easiest go-to’s! plus it makes great leftovers. this one has fantastic flavors, I’ll serve it along side roasted butternut squash, brussels, and potatoes.
spaghetti squash with turkey bolognese
I use my own bolognese sauce for this, but it’s a favorite dinner of ours to serve over spaghetti squash!

sweet potato, black bean, and ground sirloin chili
quick, easy, flavorful, healthy, while still being warm and comforting. you can hardly ever go wrong with chili this time of year!
