On nights where I’m working on the computer a lot, and my husband and I aren’t watching our shows together, he’s left to his own devices. It’s usually sports that he ends up watching, or catching up on Game of Thrones, but every once in awhile the shows he is flipping between blow my mind.

Last night he was going back and forth between Hoarders, (ew), River Monsters, (freaks me the H out), and Sex Sent Me to the ER (wtf?) Leave it to TLC. I kept getting sucked in. And it’s absolutely redonk. The actors are like something out of a porno..and not because its sexual, but because they’re downright cheesealicious, to the max.

But HIGHlarious, never the less.

These shows make me roll my eyes so much it starts to hurt my head. Why do I love trashy television?

What does all this have to do with these mouthwatering cookies? NADA. But it’s all funny to talk about. (at least to me!) Watch an episode, you’ll know what I’m talking about..

But, back to the cookies! So YUM!

Toasted Coconut, I really just cannot stop with the coconut these days. Just last night for dinner we had coconut chicken fingers. And for breakfast yesterday I had coconut oatmeal, and as a snack, a coconut smoothie. And all weekend, my drink of choice? You guessed it…coconut vodka. You think I’m being dramatic..not even CLOSE.

I just can’t get enough, and I won’t stop.

I’ve been making these cookies for a couple years and we love them oh so much! I first shared these over on Food Fanatic, (where I’m their newest Cookie fanatic! eek!) but you can enjoy them here too! As well as talk about inappropriate television shows. 😉
