I hope you all have a fabulous New Years Eve! Put on those party shoes and get to dancing! And please do a little extra for me, since my night includes a two week old, a sleeping toddler, an incredible man, and a bottle of champagne..this is the first New Years that we’ll be taking it easy and honestly, I am perfectly okay with that, after the last two weeks, I am wiped! Sadly its also my mans 30th Birthday..so its going to be a lame celebration, but we’ll make up for it soon! (Plus he got to go to the Patriot’s game yesterday, so that was his party!) Happy New Years All!! Enjoy!
Homemade Asiago Bagels: These babies are incredible..It was my first time making homemade bagels and they couldn’t have turned out more perfect! They’re my favorite flavor and a must make!

Spinoccoli Pizza: Drew used to be a bartender at Pizzeria Uno’s, and he’d come home sometimes with this pizza, we would INHALE it! So we decided to try to make it at home, and it was SPOT ON! It tastes exactly like the famous chains amazing pie, however we did this up on a thin crust because we’re not big ‘crust’ people. This is definitely one of our favorite pizzas to this day!Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Pineapple Jicama Slaw: This is one of my favorite dinners from this passed year! SO much flavor and so much going on between the chicken, the peanut sauce, and the refreshing fruit slaw, but it works incredibly well together! This is an awesome dish!
Boozy Banana Bread:Â This is kind of like Bananas Foster…its bananery, boozy, moist, and a wonderful twist on classic banana bread! I’m not a huge banana fan, but this bread won me over!
Asian Style Meatballs: These meatballs have a crazy Asian flair that initially shocks your palate, but after that first one you can’t.stop. We make these quite often for parties and get togethers, they’re a great finger food and they taste phenom!
Cinnamon Eggnog Scones: Wowsahs! These are the best scones I have ever had..the amount of times I made these this holiday season was a bit crazy..they’re incredibly easy and absolutely fabulous!
Autumn Beef Stew: This beef stew is outstanding! It has such an amazing combination of flavors! This is definitely a must make!
Double Chocolate Peppermint Glazed Cookies: These cookies surprised the heck out of me! I was not expecting for them to come out as good as they did! So much gooey chocolate with just a hint of peppermint, they are rich and perfect!
Spicy Black Bean Soup: I apologize for the photo, but I just couldn’t leave this one out! I don’t even like black beans!! (I know, right?!) BUT I LOVE this soup! I demolish it every time! Which is often, because my hubs loooves them! This stuff is the BEST!
Soft Pretzel Bites:Â These are one of the best apps/party food. They are insanely good! When I make them they disappear before I can even get them on the serving tray! They’re awesome!
