If you follow me over on Instagram, then you saw that we took off for the long weekend last Thursday! It’s always so nice to get away with from the craziness of the day to day as a family, and since it was the last day of school, it was the perfect kick off to summer!
We spent the first couple of nights at the Hilton Squaw Peak resort, and them moved over to the Waldorf Astoria. Both resorts were absolutely gorgeous and so much fun for all of us! This was actually our second stay at the Hilton and we loved it just as much as last summer!
They both had giant waterslides for the kids, poolside cabana bars, and a slew of different restaurants! The grounds of the Biltmore were some of the most stunning Ive ever seen, you could walk for an hour and still not see the entire property. It contains eight pools, two championship golf courses, a spa, shops, and such a colorful history. (Nifty little fact, every single President since Hoover has stayed there!)
We had such a great time relaxing, playing, swimming, and just being together, I adore these little getaways!
Tip: If you’re military, check for a government rate, both hotels were offering it and it saves a ton! 😉
