It’s Friday! It’s Labor Day weekend! Two things that are superrr exciting! As well as this Blueberry Chocolate Skillet Cookie…now this, this is the most exciting of all. Because it’s freakin’ awesome.
Think fresh blueberries, lots of chocolate, in a cookie, THEN topped with a beautiful crisp oat streusel layer. ohmygah it’s so perfect. The bursts of the blueberries in the ooey gooey center combined with the chocolate…dying. The streusel just takes it over the top!
This skillet cookie holds up great at room temp, just covered with plastic wrap, that is, if it lasts that long…we did a pretty grand amount of damage on it pretty darn quickly. My husband dubbed it his favorite cookie combo. It’s pretty perfect if I do say so myself.
Now I want it for breakfast! Make this this weekend, or for dessert one night, I don’t care when, just please do it! It’s amazing.
