After this past weekend and all of its indulgences, this Green Juice is YELLING my name. It’s time for a body reset and this juice is just the thing.
Ever since our goods were delivered to us here in Washington, I’ve been juicing daily. We received a good chunk of kitchen appliances from our wedding last Summer, but they remained in their boxes in storage until we got here. So worth the wait.
My juicer was one of the first appliances I unpacked and began using. (Toaster being second, and food processor coming into a close third.) We unpacked our blender and took it with us to the hotel eight months ago. Hard to believe it’s already been that long.
Anyhoo…our juicer gets used daily. I don’t use it as a meal replacement, since there are so few calories in juices, but as an extra boost either in the morning before I workout, or in the afternoon when I’m hitting a slump. The nutrients bring me back to life, and honest to God, make me feel refreshed all over again.
I try different combinations every day, and I really do love them all. I try to take it easy on the fruit and take the veggies up a notch, but it really depends what I have on hand.
This particular Green Juice is my go to! I seem to always have everything I need for it and it makes me feeel so healthy. It tastes fantastic, you wouldn’t even realize that it’s actually good for you. My kids throw their strawberry milk to the side when they hear the juicer, climb up in their Learning Tower, and reach until it’s ready, and they can suck it down. (Needless to say, I’ve learned to double the batch!)
This is the prefect juice for any time you need a refresher, energy booster, or detox. It makes me feel great afterwards, and it tastes incredible!
