I’ve posted guac on here before when I first started this blog, back when it was still ‘Mommysmenu’. But we eat it so stinkin’ much and Ive altered it a little bit, so as good as it was before, I love it even more now! SO I thought it deserved a second post with how much it frequents my kitchen..(and lips!) This recipes makes four cups, and between the two of us we sat down and demolished the entire bowl in under 10 minutes. No lie.
I know there’s about a million and one guacamole recipes out there, and everyone loves it there own way, but this is by far my favorite and we eat it and smother it on ev-er-y-thiiiing! Not that winter is a time to stop eating guacamole, but it is even better while sitting outside in the beautiful hot weather with an ice cold margarita! 😉 That is why I figured now is a better time than ever to showcase my favorite guacamole everrr! 😉 Happy Hump Day!!
