My hubby and I spent most of last night watching old SNL skits…umm Justin Timberlake is(was?) HILARIOUS. Also, I haven’t laughed so hysterically in awhile. If you haven’t checked these out and need a good laugh, (even if you don’t) watch these…”Dick in a box” doesn’t the name just say it all?! lol 3-Way…again, no explanation needed. Mother Lover…ohh so funny! Oh God, pleease don’t forget about Michael Bolton
Funny, right?!
Today I bring you the second installment of Dip Week! Feta Dip! This dip was light, refreshing, and flavorful. Its so simple to whip up…it takes minutes, then just set it in the fridge so the flavors can marry, give it a good stir and serve it up with some crunchy crackers! (My favorite was with the Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuits.) Until this, I had totally forgotten how good triscuits can be!
This super easy, super good Feta Dip is a great crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces freshly crumbled Feta
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
Directions

- Set in the fridge for about an hour or two before serving.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
This recipe makes about 1 cup..I would definitely recommend double or tripling it for a crowd!
