A coffee gift basket is an easy and fun gift that fits so many this holiday season! From teachers to neighbors, this gift basket will be loved and appreciated by everyone!
How’s your Christmas shopping coming along? I remember reading something back at the very end of October, and some people were commenting saying they were already halfway done with their gift buying. Say whaaaat! I am so not that on top of things! Plus I kind of like to take my time. Gift buying and Christmas shopping is just one of my favorite parts of the holiday season, (along with Hallmark’s Christmas movies! 😛 ) I love the music playing in the stores, the decorations around the mall, the general atmosphere of the season! Putting together the perfect gift for the people I love, it’s important, but fun.
Some people can be a little difficult to shop for (ahem, husband…), and then there are those that you don’t know very well, but you want to show your love and appreciation for them anyhow; teachers, neighbors, mailman or UPS person..(just thiiink of all the overtime they’re putting in this time of year!) Lucky for you, today I’m sharing the most versatile gift of all, that works for almost anyone, because for real, who doesn’t LOVE coffee?!
I’m sharing three different ways to fill a coffee gift basket with Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee. If you followed along on Instagram back in August when we were in New England for the month, then you know we visited a Dunkins every.single.day. Sometimes twice. Their blueberry iced coffee is my husband’s all-time favorite. Unfortunately for him, there are no Dunkin’ Donuts locations out here in the PNW, but, LUCKY for him, we can get allll the DDs coffee we want at Walmart & get cash back! (And guys, this man rivals me on coffee consumption.) With the love of coffee so strong in this house, I thought it would be so fun to share it with those around us who could probably use a little extra caffeine to help them get through this crazy time of year!
I’ve put together a few ideas to build three different coffee gift baskets, depending on who you’re gifting to!
Friends
This one is so fun, because you probably know your friends the best, so you can add personal touches too! I just envision waking up before the rest of my house, its peaceful and quiet, I slip on my pretty slippers, and cuddle up on the couch with a cozy blanket, hot cup of coffee, and nothing but the tree lights on..literally one of my favorite things to do this time of year.
- Soft Throw Blanket <–LOVE!
- Either a really pretty coffee mug or a funny one (depending on their sense of humor!) This one makes me bust out laughing every time!
- Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee (or K-Cups if you know they have a Keurig!)
- Coffee Scrub (they are SO easy to make yourself!) or Buy one if you’re short on time!)
- Luxury chap stick
- Glitter Slippers!
Teachers, Neighbors, Hostess
I tip my hat off to my son’s teacher every day. She’s amazing, all of you teachers are…I’m so grateful for her patience and time, teaching and molding my son, and always being there immediately if I need to talk to her.
I have some of the BEST neighbors, and we love hanging out over coffee, so this gift basket is perfect.
I’m sure you’re going to so many holiday parties this year! (You can only bring so many bottles of wine…riiiight?) I love the idea of a coffee gift basket for the host or hostess!
- Coffee Mug
- Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee
- Sugar Cookie Mix (I love these!)
- Seasonal Candle
- Cozy Scarf
Mailman, UPS, Yankee Swap
These postal workers are working their butts off hustling all your purchases to you as quickly as possible, don’t forget to show them some appreciation! This one is great, because the snacks are ready for consumption while they work!
Yankee Swaps can be hard, but this basket is perfect for both male and female, throw in a few mini bottles of spirits, and it’s sure to win anyone over!
- Travel coffee mug
- Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee
- Hot Chocolate mix (just add brewed coffee to make it a mocha!)
- Biscotti
- Dark Chocolate
- Favorite Spirits
Really, the options are endless, which is one of the most fun and easiest parts about putting together gift baskets. Throw in some tissue paper on the bottom to fluff it up, add your items in, hang a bell or pretty ornament on the outside, and you’re ready to go! Happy gift giving!
