Ginger and Blackberries are the perfect addition to spice up a Gin and Tonic!
Every time Friday rolls around, I always start singing “It’s Friday, Friday, Friday!!” You know, that Rebecca Black song. It makes me feel like I’m in 5th grade, but I don’t even care because Friday makes me giddy.
It means my husbands home with us for two days..it means I’m at the 20% of my 80/20 eating schedule ;), it mean’s vodka instead of wine..ha! Im just kidding about that last part. kind of.
I just love the weekends.
Sooo…can we talk Nashville for a second because I just caught up last night and I’m kind of not sure what to think. I mean what’s going to happen to Juliette now? And Rayna and Deacon…hasn’t that ship sailed yet? I hate when stories repeat themselves, which is why I’m pretty over Grey’s. Revenge is almost on my chopping block too..I mean I’m invested, so I’ll watch it, but it’s turned into one of those that I watch while I work…
Drinks! The Superbowl is almost here! You need a drink! Sidenote: so sad our beloved Pat’s took a whopping and won’t be in it this year. So my husbands the brains behind this one, he’s a pretty good bartender ’round these parts.
Okay! Blackberry Ginger Crush! It’s a fancy name for a spruced up Gin and Tonic. I’m usually a vodka or margarita drinker, but if I’m switching it up I love a good Gin and Tonic every once in awhile. Though they can be pretty plain sometimes.
So add some blackberries, and ginger liquor (which is one of my most favorite finds EVER by the way) and pretty up, fancy up, and make your drink even tastier! You’ll love it!
