Healthy, hearty, tasty, Apple Pie Breakfast (or snack!) Cookies!
here we goooo! are you super pumped for fall television?! because I am…does that make me super nerdy?! It’s all starting this week and I am thrilllleddd. I’ve got my scandal glasses ready and waiting! Probably the show I’m looking forward to the most, aside from How to get away with Murder, I think that’s going to be pretty interesting..it looks exciting.
I have my DVR all set up for this season, but I’m dying to know, what your favorite shows are, I’m always looking for new ones! Revenge is another fav, and I’m contemplating checking out The Affair, but I have a feeling its going to be a little TO soap opera for me. We’ll see!
Tell me what you’re looking forward too, I’m a TV junkie…I’m always looking to fill up my DVR even more!
Okay so little fact about me..I never used to eat breakfast, like ever ever. I was always a coffee until lunch kind of girl. Even when I woke up at 6am to go to work, I wouldn’t eat a darn thing until lunch. Terrible, I know. Well now I get totally hangry if I don’t get breakfast. Yes, hungry+angry=hangry. Like I said, nerd.
But I do, I get really cranks. So regardless of whether I have hours or five minutes, I make sure to eat something for breakfast! These little healthy, hearty, filling breakfast cookies have been just the thing lately! I store them in the fridge, and pop them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, before devouring. They’re perfect for when you’re in a rush in the morning, or even as a midday snack! They will hold you over, with zero guilt, plus they tasty amazing!
A little warm bite of fall on a crisp cool morning! enjoy!
I created this recipe originally for Food Fanatic, but you can find it below as well!
