Apple Ginger Smash

Spicy, lemony, and slightly sweet, this Apple Ginger Smash is a perfect Fall cocktail for any celebration!

Apple Ginger Smash | Fabtastic Eats It’s friday, friday, friday!! You deserve a drink for making it through the week! Heck, we all do! And I’ve got just the thing! With cozy comfort foods warming up my house, smell good fall candles, red wine, and all these delicious apple goods passing through, I’m full on ready for soft leggings and big chunky sweaters.

Apple Ginger Smash | Fabtastic Eats I live in sweaters and scarfs all winter long, and Im looking forward to it. I’m dying to take my kids apple picking, but things are a bit different out here in the PNW compared to New England, and the only local u-pick farm doesn’t open for that until October…but I’m looking forward to freshly pressed apple cider!

Apple Ginger Smash | Fabtastic Eats Last year I made us, well my husband did, apple cider margaritas..super popular right now, and always a hit! This year I gave him a flavor combo and he went with it. He’s our resident bartender, and he never disappoints. He smashed this one out of the park! <– see what I did there..”smashed!”

Apple Ginger Smash! A little bit spicy, peppery, and lemony from the ginger, and slightly sweet from the apple! This drink is the perfect combination of warm and refreshing, crisp and spicy! You’re going to LOVE IT! Cheers!

Great recipe – but you mention a couple times that it’s “lemony.” However, there is no lemon in the recipe. It does seem that a squeeze of lemon would go really well in the drink!
