Healthy, hearty, warm, and comforting; Perfect 10 Minute, One Pot Apple Pie Oatmeal! You have no excuse to not make breakfast happen! ๐
It’s that time again, where I talk about The Voice, and my love for Blake & Adam! And I usualllly weigh in on what I think of the new coaches. So far, I’m torn..loving Pharrell, annoyed by Gwennie. She’s a lot little to self absorbed and up on her high horse for me.
We will see I suppose.
Apples! Are you sick of them yet? I sure as heck hope not…though we’re almost done, I can’t believe it!
This little recipe is one I hadn’t originally planned to include in out #12daysofapples, but I just had too, because not only is is soooo good, but it only takes ten minutes, only one pot, it’s healthy, it’s hearty and will hold you over until lunch…basically it’s the perfect weekday breakfast for these cool, crisp mornings!
Everything is added to one pot, including the diced up apples, and within ten minutes, everything is cooked, the apples are soft and you have a perfect breakfast, or snack! Enjoy!
