Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin Butter, & Butterscotch Skillet Cookie | Fabtastic Eats Skillet cookies are one of my favorite things to make! They’re so soft and gooey on the inside with nice crispy edges, plus they only take about 10 minutes to throw together, you don’t have to worry about chilling time, or scooping out the dough, which is awesome for anything last minute.

Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin Butter, & Butterscotch Skillet Cookie | Fabtastic Eats This particular skillet cookie is sweet and gooey, loaded with dark chocolate, butterscotch chips, and pumpkin butter! You can use homemade pumpkin butter or buy store bought, whatever you’ve got will work! Bake it up, and start scooping right from the pan, or let it cool and serve in slices. Top with ice cream if you so desire or enjoy as is! No matter how you eat this, you’re going to love it!
