Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce

Tangy, Sweet, with a Hint of Spice..this BBQ Sauce is perfectly balanced and mouthwatering on just about everything!

Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce | Fabtastic Eats I love Summer foods. Everything about them. Of course I love the comfort of homey, winter meals, but food in the Summer is just so crisp and fresh, and amazing. I mean, you can’t eat an entire watermelon in a day in the Winter. You just can’t.

And most of the country can’t grill seven nights a week all winter long either. Well I suppose you could but there is nothing enjoyable about that. Plus, what’s the point if you can’t enjoy that freshly grilled meal outside on your patio? Summer just rocks.

Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce | Fabtastic Eats Aside from the fantastical food, the clothes are just so much cuter, and sandals and heels! And you don’t have to bundle up in a million layers to walk to your mailbox. The kids can run outside barefoot, and in only a diaper, weee! (I hate getting my kids dressed in the Summer, between all the Watermelon and Popsicles, I go through far to much bleach. So I’d rather let them run around in bathing suits 24/7 and not do any laundry. Winning!)

Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce | Fabtastic Eats We can sit outside and have fires and not freeze to death at night, sleep with the windows open and a warm breeze coming through, morning coffee outside (is there anything better?), go for walks and runs without getting frostbite, fruity cocktails, refreshing beers, loud music, corn on the cob, swimming, beaches, day trips…seriously the list is endless. Basically it sounds like I need to move somewhere with an endless Summer. Summer Rocks.

And so does this mouthwatering Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy, with a little tang. We can’t stop inhaling it, and I’ve found my husband standing at the fridge with a spoon. Shh..I may have been licking one too.

Chipotle Peach BBQ Sauce | Fabtastic Eats I have a couple recipes to share using it, but mostly you should know that it’s absolute perfection on it’s own. Slather it on your grilled chicken, dip your fries, eat it with a spoon ;)…My husband hasn’t stopped raving about this sauce, and that’s saying something, he’s kind of a BBQ Sauce snob. I actually never even really ate BBQ Sauce until I met him..thank goodness he changed the error of my ways, because now it’s one of my favorite condiments!

Make this sauce, it’s so simple and I promise you will be searching for more ways to use it, and reasons to make it again and again!

Yup, nothing more amazing than summa time! Wholeheartedly agreed! And I’m totally with you on the coffee outside in the mornings, nothing like a quiet, relaxed morning. And barbecuesss!!! I’m good with a simple grill-out, but barbecues just got whole lot more interesting with this sauce. I could drink it.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I just made this today. The only changes I made were to add 1 T of my rib rub and I pureed it with my stick blender as the peaches didn’t break down. IT IS AWESOME. Very tangy. Not sweet at all. We had it on pork chops for lunch and will be having it on chicken for dinner. I was going to make a different recipe for the chicken, but this was just too yummy to not have again!
