I am officially ready for fall baking! (In case these cookies didn’t give it away!) I’m ready for all things butter and cinnamon, pumpkin, butternut squash, and apples! Speaking of apples, get ready! Ten days STRAIGHT of apples is coming up! Starting on Monday..it’s all things apples from breakfast, desserts, some savory goodness, cocktails and just downright yumminess! I’m so excited! Its going to be insanely delicious!
Pretty much like these cookies! ohmygah..I looove butterscotch. Do you..I feel like people are either lovers or haters, and I’m definitely a lover. I’m pretty good at casually stopping by the baking cabinet to just grab a handful or two to toss down my throat..love! Last Fall I made this Butterscotch Pumpkin Spice Loaf Cake, and it’s honest to goodness one of the best things Ive ever eaten. I’m petty psyched for that one again this year!
But these butterscotch cookies are loaded with sweetness too…browned butter (hiii!!!) cinnamon, (my love), and butterscotch, (heavenly) all rolled into these super soft and chewy cookies! DO ittttttt!
